The app does not require you to create an account or sign in, and the app does not display advertisements.

2. Information and App Features

The app provides music streaming, search, categories, artwork, favorites, recently played tracks, a listening queue, and embedded YouTube videos. Preferences and listening-related information used by features such as favorites or the queue may be stored locally on your device.

3. Music Streaming and Website Hosting

The app requests music information, audio, and artwork from https://josetamayodj.com. When your device connects to the website, the website and its hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, request details, timestamps, and security logs to deliver content, maintain service security, and troubleshoot problems. Retention of server logs depends on the hosting provider’s configuration and policies.

4. Embedded YouTube Videos

The app includes embedded YouTube playback. When you play or interact with embedded videos, YouTube and Google may receive information such as your IP address, device information, usage information, and information associated with your Google account if you are signed in. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Review the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. We do not control information collected directly by YouTube or Google.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

The app project’s listed dependencies do not show a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The app does not use information for advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. Android, Google Play, website hosting infrastructure, and third-party services needed for embedded YouTube playback may still process technical information as part of their normal operation. If future versions add dedicated analytics or crash-reporting tools, this policy will be updated to describe their data practices.

6. How Information Is Used

Information handled by the app and supporting services may be used to deliver music and video features, maintain service security and availability, troubleshoot technical issues, and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and Security

Information stored locally may remain on your device until you remove it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Website or service logs may be retained according to the relevant provider’s policies and configuration. We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by services we operate, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The app does not require registration and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Embedded YouTube content is subject to YouTube’s own policies and restrictions. Parents or guardians may contact us with privacy questions.

The app relies on website hosting and embedded YouTube functionality. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

10. Your Choices
